Ram Debuts its “On to Bigger Things” Campaign
Earlier this year, Ram Truck Brand launched a new marketing series; the “On to Bigger Things” campaign started with two spots that debuted in early May during the Kentucky Derby, called “Everything” and “Bigger,” and was followed up with two more ads. The campaign also includes social and digital elements.
According to Ram, this campaign is meant to reinforce the brand’s values of leadership, integrity, and hard work — something that sets Ram apart from other truck brands here in the States and abroad. To accomplish this message, the campaign features three hard-working leaders who embody integrity: Todd Pletcher, a past Derby winner; Alex Lovett-Woodsum, who is shattering gender stereotypes in the sport of fly-fishing; and Wayne Mueller, who is the third-generation owner of Louie Mueller BBQ, having traveled the world showing people how to properly smoke meat.
Carve Your Own Path
“The Ram Truck brand has always showcased how its owners never settle for the expected, whether it be in their hardworking jobs or their lifestyle activities,” explained Olivier Francois, Chief Marketing Officer, FCA. “Like our game-changing trucks, this campaign celebrates other experts of their craft, backed by a modern, re-imagined version of the classic song ‘Go Your Own Way,’ a perfect anthem for those who are carving their own path to bigger things.”
If you haven’t caught the ads on TV yet, it’s possible you’ve seen something online, as Ram is promoting the campaign across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The campaign was created in partnership with The Richards Group.
