Let me first start by saying I am not normally a fan of dealership service or the cost of the service. That all changed when I met Brian in service at PCDJR. I absolutely love my 2015 black on black Dodge Grand Caravan and so do my children. When my check engine light came on, I was just saddened because I didn't know what or how much! After taking it to a new mechanic, then, my normal mechanic, it finally ended up at PCDJR where the diagnosis was ACCURATE, FASTER, and CHEAPER. It isn't 3 times a charm here, it is that PCDJR is professional and their service is impeccable. I am extremely pleased, a little over a week later with the fact that the vehicle is running great and that I know where to take it if something were to happen in the future. Brian communicated very well with my husband and I and it put my mind at ease. Their due diligence saved me money and when it was time, I ran up to the cashier clapping and smiling because it was ready sooner than expected and cost less than I'd imagined. I'm truly grateful for meeting Brian and having the PCDJR team service my vehicle. Many Thanks!
