My key fob for my 2015 Dodge Durango went missing and I desperately needed it replaced as soon as possible. My service adviser, Tommy, was friendly, speedy, and very helpful. I was a little late picking up given that the service department closes at six, but Billy was there and helped me get my car so I could get up and running again! I will be returning in the future for anything my Dodge needs!

What can I say? We had a great experience! After another dealership wasted our entire day and tried to tell me what I wanted didn't exist (as if I had not already looked at everything online within a 200 mile radius and already knew that it did), we finally made it to Paulding at about 6 pm on a Saturday evening. I greatly appreciated that they didn't pounce on us like raw meat and gave us a chance to look around. I knew what I wanted and there she was! Peaked in the window...Yes, the saddle color leather... I was told from the other place didn't exist and would have to be modified. I'm sorry. It's a new vehicle, not a used piece of furniture that needs reupholstered...wtheck??? Yes, I want the stitching that's already IN the fabric...I AM a woman, geez!!! Anyway, so Anthony McFarlin came out and was very nice and low pressure. Let us test drive it alone without giving us the runaround of how he needed to be with us....which is obvious bs when a dealership tells you they do. So he ended up having another client come in that he had been helping earlier and very politely put us in the hands of Miriam Vazquez. At first, I was like, oh god, she's beautiful....great...the husband will be drooling. But she was very sharp and knew who was calling the shots, lol!! She was also very professional and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again. She made the transaction smooth and headache free. The dealership even gave us what we wanted on a trade. We couldn't be happier. Oh and their finance guy was awesome, too....very smart. I am a true JeepGirl now and can't say enough how much I love my new vehicle!!! Thanks to all the kind people who worked with us that evening!!!
