Everybody was so nice and,helpfully and made me and my wife car experience one we will remember. A lot of time buying a car is a all day affair but we were in and out of there in a couple of hours.
I purchased a 2019 Grand Caravan. The whole experience wash very delightful and Miriam was a great help. I’m very happy that I got Miriam as a rep for Paulding Dodge. The dealership was nearby and we came in not thinking of buying a car immediately but Eric was very nice and helped us get the perfect car and make adjustments for the features we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. I drive pass other Dodge dealerships. Just to bring my truck to get serviced at Dallas Dodge.
The service department was very good. I did notice that there were only 3 employees checking customers in and out. Maybe this is normal for Saturday’s. But this no reflection on the service technician or repairman.
Wow! What can I even say, I brought in my 2016 Chrysler town and country with what I thought was a small transmission issue and they called me back minutes after saying that I was 1800 miles outside of my warranty. I told them to continue diagnosis regardless and the service manager called me later that same day with the bad news. I needed a brand new transmission at 61860 miles. Some background info I am a young father of a quickly growing family, it never seems like anyone has ever been on our side. My wife is 9 months pregnant and we have 2 under 2 1/2. Money is tight right now and I REALLY didn’t need this especially now. My service tech told me that without the warranty the cost for the transmission alone was going to be about $4000 labor was going to another 2-3k. She told me she was going to do whatever she could to help us out and my word she was right. The manager called me about 5 minutes after I got off the phone with my tech and told me he felt horrible that this happened and that he wanted to offer us a one time offer to fix our car. $200.That is it. $200 for a brand new transmission, all the labor, and the assurance that it would be ok with a warranty on all the work. Brought me to literal tears. I will be a forever in gratitude for these guys here and everything they Did for us. They’ve made a lifetime customer that’s for sure.
They were nice and polite, as they made me wait they offered drinks and snacks. The process was smooth and quick, I didn’t have to wait hour like any other dealership
