2019 Ram 1500 is Rocky Mountain Automotive Press Association’s Truck of the Year

April 3rd, 2019 by

Last month, during the Denver Auto Show, the Rocky Mountain Automotive Press (RMAP) named the 2019 Ram 1500 the official Truck of the Year. To determine the winner in this category, judges compared pickups, including the Ford F-150 and the new-generation Chevy Silverado 1500, across categories like value, features, performance, and fuel economy. Ultimately, the 2019 Ram 1500 came out on top.

“This year, competition for Truck of the Year with the Rocky Mountain Automotive Press was very intense and exciting with three very worthy trucks making the final vote,” said Craig Conover, President of RMAP. “After a vote from all the members of RMAP, it was a clear choice for the new Ram 1500 to be awarded Truck of the Year in the Denver region.”

But the Ram 1500 isn’t just suited to the Denver region. No matter the tough job you have, the 2019 Ram 1500 is capable of achieving it here in Georgia as well. As in years past, the Ram 1500 leads the segment in fuel economy, thanks to its new eTorque mild hybrid system. When properly equipped, the Ram 1500 can tow up to 12,750 pounds.* Inside, drivers and passengers are treated to comfortable seating and advanced technology, like Uconnect® 4C with a 12-inch touchscreen, the largest in the segment.**

The 2019 Ram 1500 is available now at Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
